Completing Your Rental Agreement

From our website, select the most convenient location for you under “Rent a Unit.” Select the right size storage unit for your needs, then click “Rent/Reserve”.

If you complete the form during business hours, you will usually get a response within an hour. You will receive the form to sign via email (using DocuSign) to complete.

 

Move-In Day

On move-in day, stop by the office during business hours when you arrive, and the property manager will show you your unit and get you started. If you find you need more space or less space than anticipated, let us know, and we’ll gladly work with you to find the right size unit.

 

What to Bring

• When you arrive on move-in day, bring a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license, state ID, military ID, or your passport.
• It’s not required to have your reservation confirmation email, but it can help things move faster.
• If you’ll be using A-Plus Super Storage’s free trailer service, you’ll need your driver’s license and proof of insurance.

 

Hand Trucks and Dollies

We have free hand trucks and dollies available for your use to help you move your things quicker, easier, more safely, and in fewer trips. Ask the property manager to borrow them when you arrive.

 

Locks

A-Plus Super Storage requires round-disc locks. You can purchase these in our store or bring your own.

 

Insurance

A-Plus Super Storage does not require insurance.

 

Gate Code

When you rent a unit the store manager will provide you with your gate code. If you can’t find it in your account, call us or come by, and the manager will help you.
